Through the years, other people’s responses to my story have ranged from anger and sadness to compassion. Those who know me best understand that my life is and always will be defined by the burden of great loss, the power of accountability, and the will to make it right. My experiences are a part of who I am, as a man, a husband, a father and as a corporate president. I can only keep striving each day and to be thankful that my work allows me to constantly recommit myself to helping to teach and guide young people, so they will follow a strong and decent path, from the start.
